The Thrive Coaching Network team has been journeying together since 2012. Collectively we share a passion to equip and deploy disciples and disciple-making leaders who produce kingdom fruit that lasts. Our breadth of experience both in and outside the church helps us to uniquely share tools, training, and tactics that help you and your team to thrive.
Jeff is a disciple of Jesus who is living into his passion to walk alongside leaders who are looking to Thrive as disciples and as disciple-making leaders. In addition to his work with the Thrive Coaching Network and 3DM, Jeff also equips leaders to the ends of the earth in partnership with the Baltic Pastoral Institute in Latvia as well as leaders in Kenya. Jeff earned his Master of Divinity degree from Western Theological Seminary in Holland, MI. Jeff and his wife Elyse, reside in Littleton, Colorado and have three grown children.

Elyse is science teacher, mother, and practitioner disciple and disciple-maker. In addition to many roles as a full-time equipper, she is an accomplished cook, gardener, and encourager for her friends, family, and spouse. Elyse also loves to travel and explore. Elyse and Jeff have been married since 1986 and have 3 adult children.

Craig began his professional career in pastoral ministry in Ridgewood, NJ. After serving for 6+ years, he and his wife Jeanine began to pursue a vision of non-traditional ministry. His passion to see people developing in their faith journey shapes his work and community interaction. Craig and Jeanine have been married since 1999 and have two young children.

Jim is a beloved child of the King, a husband, a father to two kiddos, discipleship pastor in North Dakota. He loves to run long distances. Colorado native, yet very fond of the midwest. He loves Chipotle burritos, Ethiopian coffee & listening to vinyl.

Vinnie is a disciple of Jesus who serves as pastor of Valley Life Community Church in Meridian, Idaho. He is husband to his wife Sherri, Father to his three children, Noah, Norah, and Novalee. He is passionate about making disciples, developing leaders, and planting churches and loves all things Dodger baseball.

Pastor Karen has a passion for helping disciples hear the Holy Spirit for themselves, growing and following Him to their unique calling. She has walked the journey of a lay person growing into pastoral leadership, and believes all disciples are capable of the unimaginable transformation and empowerment through Christ. Karen and her husband Jim have two mostly precious cats. Karen is an avid equestrian, enjoying frequent time with her horse.

Lynn Ann is a disciple of Jesus Christ who found her passion of Discipleship over 20 years ago. The Holy Spirit has used different methods and tools to grow her faith and practice. She celebrates being able to bring resources, tools, and practices to individuals and para-church ministries in the greater Denver area and beyond! Lynn Ann is married to Murry for 3+ decades. She has three adult children and two grandchildren for whom she is a spiritual parent.

As the founder of Aneeko, a leadership development organization training youth ministries and teenagers, he has over a decade of experience developing leaders from all walks of life. Chestly is on the cutting edge of innovation in the religious non-profit sector, currently launching KingCity, One of America’s first on-demand, digital churches.

Larry is a husband, father, and the pastor at Christ Lutheran in Breckenridge, Colorado. He and his wife, Eden, were married in 2008. They are blessed with three children: Joy, Isaac, and Asher. Through God’s grace and power, Larry and his family strive to live as a family on mission.

A BFA graduate of Calvin College, Grand Rapids, MI, Scott is Creative Principal and Managing Partner at 2 Fish Company, LLC., a Zeeland, MI, based creative and marketing consultancy. As such, he helps businesses creatively and ethically communicate their stories, and ruminates on the “next big thing” (what to have for dinner). Scott perceives the 21st century marketplace culture as the intersection of Christ and Culture, and works to help traffic flow smoothly, in and out of the church. When not working or churching, he spends time with his three boys, one girl, and a dog named Calvin.

I am also a wife to my husband Anthony, mother of 3 adult children Victoria, Isaiah, and Noah, and I am a full-time Discipleship & Outreach Pastor at my local church. I accepted Christ in my early 20’s, became a Christ follower in my early 30’s, and became a pastor in 2017. I simply love people well. I have strived and suffered throughout my life and it’s that life that has prepared me for great Kingdom impact.

Tm is the Senior Pastor of a Calvary Church in Golden, Colorado. Tim has been a disciple and disciple-making practitioner and equipper for decades in multiple time zones and on multiple continents. In addition to demonstrating a passion for discipleship, Tim also makes time for community engagement, television cameos, and story-telling.

Phil is living into being a disciple of Jesus who makes disciples. He works as a veterinarian in Littleton, Colorado as his “day job”, but has a passion for equipping and has been mentoring leaders in Latvia for the since 2016. Phil serves as the Leadership Development chair for his local denomination and is certified as a 6 Types of Working Genius facilitator. Phil is married to Renee’ and has three kids and 3 grandkids.

Jake is a pastor in Yankton, SD on the Missouri River. A husband and a father of two boys, he is passionate about many things ranging from walking, movies, books, MN Twins, Denver Broncos, board games and Star Trek. One of the biggest passions that has been growing in him is a passion to not just call himself a Christian but to live as Jesus did.

Dustin’s heart is to help others walk in the tension of finding their identity in being followers of Christ while doing what God has called them to do through personal discipleship. He is a Wesleyan pastor in North Carolina where he lives with his wife Hannah and their 5 children. Their family goals are to do intentional ministry out of the overflow of their family life. He loves Tarheel basketball, smoking meat on his grill, and making memories camping with his family! He is currently finishing his masters in pastoral theology. Dustin brings a wide range of experience from church planting a multi-ethnic church, house church ministry, traditional lead pastor, summer kids camp director, adoptive parent, as well as intentional family ministry.
