Jeff Allen  is a disciple of Jesus, an author, and  founder of Thrive Coaching Network who is living into his passion to walk alongside leaders who are looking to Thrive as disciples and as disciple-making leaders.

The journey of being pastor has been far from easy, yet it has also been a journey filled with blessings that I could never have imagined decades ago. These blessings have helped me celebrate that I am called to be a part of a Small Church on a Big Mission!
