I consider myself deeply privileged to be coached by Jeff, and our community is BEYOND blessed to have him as a "Yoda" for a season. Jeff's wisdom, intentionality, and excellence are inspiring. He is one of the most effective leaders I've ever been coached by in the church.

Jeff, I can’t thank you enough for your coaching of us as a team. We have all grown immensely in the last two years and that’s a testament to the way God is working through you in this new calling he has for you. You have been such a blessing and source of light in a time when we greatly needed it.

I struggled with living for Jesus in every aspect of my life everyday, yet I knew clearly in my new ministry I wanted to follow Jesus, and point others to him and not to me, but I struggled to communicate why and how? This led me to a two day retreat held by the Synod of the Heartland and led by Jeff Allen. We were asked how our churches make disciples and a challenge on how well our methods of discipleship led to disciples. The pathway for discipleship is something that can feel scary, and it can feel like an impossible task. I have been intentionally trying to live a more Jesus shaped life for two years and now and I believe God is making disciples in my context and truly forming his church.

Working with Jeff Allen has been such a blessing to me personally and professionally.  Jeff comes with years of business and church leadership experience and it shows. I am thankful for Jeff's diligence in leading and investing in us for the sake of the Kingdom to come.

This past February I was asked to join my Pastor, our youth director, and one of our Sunday school teachers to join Jeff Allen. After the first couple of sessions I was thinking what did I get myself into? This time has opened my eyes and stirred my heart in ways I could never have imagined. Or as Jeff would say, things started to bubble up to the surface. I can’t wait to see what the future brings as we continue to meet and discover what God has in store for us and our church.

I joined a coaching huddle group because I was struggling internally with a holy dissatisfaction on how we are making disciples. I needed some new tools in my toolbox and this huddle group led by Jeff Allen helped equip me through “Building A Discipling Culture

The tools and resources used in the process help to facilitate growth in challenging and grace-filled dialogue and relationships. We have only started scratching the surface, but being empowered to facilitate an environment where the presence, instruction, and holiness of God is consistently fostered through discipleship is indispensable.

Jeff is a great leader and facilitator who brings a ton of value and experience to any group of people wanting to better themselves through discipleship-making and leadership development.
